Cancellations:
– all of your reservation total is non-refundable if cancelled at any time.
– No shows will be charged the full amount of their reservation.

Check-in: 3:00pm / Check-out: 12:00pm

Deposits:
To confirm a reservation, an advanced deposit of 100% of your entire stay must be paid at the time of booking.

Forms of payment:
We only accept credit cards for payment PayPal, Visa, MasterCard or Discover No personal checks or cash.

Housekeeping:
Multiple day stays, we only clean your room upon request.

Lost Keys:
A RM50 lost key charge will be assessed to the credit card on file if room key isn’t returned at check-out.

Noise:
Please keep noise levels to a minimum after 10:00pm

Room Capacity/ Roll-aways:
Guests are not allowed to exceed the declared room capacity on the reservation page unless consent is given by hotel staff. No floor sleepers.
Roll-away beds are available upon request. RM20++/bed tax will be charged. Available on a first come first served basis. Only one roll-away is allowed per room.

Room Damage/Missing Items/Excessive Cleaning:
If rooms are damaged or left extremely dirty during a stay, guests will be charged the amount it costs to replace damaged item + RM50/hr. labor fees to return room to its original state. This includes missing/damaged remotes, bedding, towels, windows, TVs, window screens, appliances, fixtures, furniture, doors, lights, mirrors, etc.
